§ 22-4. Nonconforming lots.

No lot shall be created as the result of any subdivision of land that does not conform to the specifications of the town zoning ordinance for the zone in which the lot is located. Lots shall not contain peculiarly shaped elongations, solely to provide necessary square footage or area which would be unusable for normal purposes.
