§ 4.1. Eminent domain.

The powers of eminent domain, as set forth in Titles 15.2 and 25 of the Code of Virginia, are hereby conferred upon the Town of Gate City, including the power to issue certificates pursuant to the procedures of § 33.1-119 through 33.1-132 of the Code of Virginia.
