§ 8-47. Identification cards.

No person shall act as a peddler or solicitor within the municipal limits without first obtaining an identification card in accordance with this article. A canvasser is not required to obtain an identification card, but any canvasser wanting a card for the purpose of reassuring municipal residents shall be issued one upon request.
