§ 2-95. Term of officers appointed by mayor and council.

All officers appointed by the mayor and council shall be chosen at its first meeting in July following the election of such council and shall exercise the duties of their respective offices for the term for which members of such council have been elected, unless sooner vacated by death, resignation, removal or for other causes.
