§ 2-67. Appointment of boards and commissions.

(a)

All members of boards and commissions may be reimbursed for incidental expenses incurred in connection to their duties, with the approval of the council.

(b)

Planning commission.

(1)

The number of members of the planning commission shall be no less than five and no more than seven members, with one member to be a town councilmember.

(2)

The town manager shall serve as the town administrative official on the planning commission as a non-voting member.

(3)

Terms for commissioners shall be one, two, three and four years, at the discretion of council.
