§ 2-59. Appointment of special committees; questions of order.

(a)

The mayor shall, with the approval and consent of the council, appoint all special committees, unless otherwise ordered by the council.

(b)

The mayor shall decide all questions of order. Any question of order decided by the chair may be appealed to the council.

(c)

Unless otherwise ordered by the council, the mayor shall appoint members of council to serve on all boards and bodies of the town which require one or more councilmembers be seated.
