§ 28-49. Storm sewers.

It shall be unlawful to discharge or cause to be discharged into any storm sewer or surface drain or on the ground whether in the streets or on private lands, any sewage or fouled liquid or waste from any water closet, urinal, bath, laundry, kitchen sink or other fixtures, nor any other rubbish that may obstruct the flow from rain or snow.
