§ 26-65. Existing regulations.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise specifically addressed, all posted parking restrictions and conditions in effect within the corporate limits shall be changed, modified or altered upon passage of the ordinance from which this article is derived. All citations issued pursuant to previous ordinances or parts thereof repealed upon passage of the ordinance from which this article is derived shall remain in full force and effect.
