§ 26-63. Removal of vehicle.

Latest version.

Any vehicle parked in violation of this article on any public right-of-way in such a manner as to impede the flow of traffic or constitute a traffic hazard may be removed by any law enforcement officer following procedures established by the town manager and chief of police. A report of such removal will be kept on file and the owner notified immediately.
