§ 22-68. Monuments.

  • (a)

    Visible for inspection. Upon completion of subdivision streets, sewers and other improvements, the subdivider shall make certain that all monuments required by the administrator are clearly accessible for inspection and use. Such monuments shall be inspected and approved by the administrator before any improvements are accepted by the town council. All points in the outer boundary of the subdivision shall be marked by concrete or stone monuments of a permanent nature.

    (b)

    Location; iron pipe. All other lot corners shall be marked with iron pipe not less than three-fourths inch in diameter and 24 inches long and driven so as to be flush with the finished grade line.
