§ 18-7. Control of private collections.

No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the business of collecting, hauling, transporting or otherwise disposing of yard waste in the town without first obtaining a permit from the town manager. The holder of such permit shall conform to all ordinances and regulations of the town, the state, and the federal government, and any special regulations, or standards as set the by the town.
