§ 18-14. Penalty.

(a)

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.

(b)

Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(c)

Enforcement of this chapter shall be by the town's police department under the direction of the town manager.
