§ 18-10. Collection charges and billing collection charges.

(a)

Charges. All collections, except schools and other publicly owned buildings and facilities, shall be charged at the rate established from time to time, according to criteria as are established from time to time.

(b)

Billing. All collection charges for normal collection services shall be billed with the water and sewer billing of the town. Special collection services will be billed by the statement of the town for services performed.
