§ 16-37. Exceptions.

(a)

Valid nonprofit, religious, community service, educational, veterans or fraternal organizations, as well as volunteer fire departments and rescue squads raising funds for charitable purposes shall be exempt from the permit fees.

(b)

The town manager may, upon application, grant additional consecutive days to qualified nonprofits.
