§ 51. Transfer of ownership.

A.

Any owner of a premises, the sewerage facilities of which are connected to the facilities of the Authority, who sells or otherwise transfers the ownership of such premises shall be liable for the payment of all charges made for service rendered to such premises until such owner makes application for discontinuance of service on the forms furnished by the Authority.

B.

No such application shall be approved by the Sanitation Authority administrator until the new owner makes application for sewerage service on the contract forms furnished by the Authority.
