§ 20. Decisions.

A.

Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, on receiving an application as prescribed herein, the administrator will approve, with or without revision, or disapprove the application and return one of the submitted forms to the applicant so marked to indicate the action taken by the administrator.

B.

Construction of any such approved service facilities shall conform strictly to the returned application form and notations indicated thereon by the administrator.
